How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours. Bug reports and tool issues are typically addressed within 24 hours.
A tool is not working — what should I include in my message?
Please include the URL of the tool page, the text you entered, what result you expected, what actually happened, and your browser and device type. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.
Can I request a new tool?
Absolutely. We add new tools based on user demand. If you have an idea for a Unicode text tool that doesn't exist on Fontlix yet, send us a message describing what it would do and we'll consider it for a future update.
Do you accept guest blog posts?
We occasionally accept high-quality guest content on topics related to Unicode text, digital communication, gaming culture, and social media. If you're interested, email us with your proposed topic and a brief writing sample.
Can I use Fontlix tools on my own website?
You're welcome to link to any Fontlix tool from your website or content. Embedding or reproducing our tools without permission is not permitted. Contact us if you're interested in a commercial licensing arrangement.
